"The Road Back", A day of discussion, communication, and tools for

veterans, families and caretakers.

Features the invisible impact of Post Traumatic Stress and moral wounds of war, and provides
strategic, healing tools for veterans and their loved ones. (New date to follow soon; please

check this site for updates.)

Program Highlights:
As former Co-Director and Trauma Coach for National Veterans Wellness & Healing Center

(a 501-c3 non-profit retreat program in Angel Fire, NM), Mary has worked closely with hundreds

of veterans and their family members since 2011. As she continues to expand her understanding of the far-reaching residue of war, Mary remains honored to serve in this way.

Whether you or your loved one is a military service member who served in a combat zone, served but was not deployed to a combat zone, or has experienced both the benefits and hardships of rigorous training and service, this workshop is designed to provide greater understanding and more peace of mind for veterans and their loved ones.

With sensitivity and appropriate humor, Mary will:

  • Present real-life examples and testimonials of significant turn-arounds
  • Create a concrete overview of service-related stress and trauma
  • Discuss proven ways to accelerate understanding and healing for veterans, spouse/partners and family members
  • Introduce the relatively new condition of "Moral Injury", only recently being defined by the VA and others
  • Offer communication tools to encourage healthier relationships.

How to register:
Call or email me with your name and contact information. I'll contact you asap to confirm your participation. If you prefer, I can simply discuss your circumstances or steer you in a direction that might be best for you.
